Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Gas-VS-EV SEO research application and this informational website. The application is operated by Rui under the RDZ Forge project identity. Contact: rui.diruma@gmail.com.

Data handled by the application

• Google OAuth client credentials and authorization tokens needed to access the Google Ads API.
• Accessible Google Ads account identifiers and account metadata, such as account name and currency.
• Research keywords, selected language and location, and historical keyword metrics returned by Google, where access is approved.
• CSV research exports and limited diagnostic information, such as error codes and request identifiers.

The application does not require access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or payment card details.

Purpose and Google permissions

Data is used to authenticate the operator, identify the intended Google Ads account and conduct keyword research for Gas-VS-EV content planning. Google Ads OAuth uses a broad permission scope. The connector restricts its own requests to account queries and keyword research operations and does not create or modify campaigns.

Storage and security

Authorization files and research exports are stored on the operator's private server. Credential files are restricted to the operating-system account running the connector. Credentials and tokens are not embedded in this public website or research CSV files. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently implemented; the operator retains files until they are manually deleted when no longer needed.

Sharing and AI services

The connector communicates with Google for OAuth authorization and Google Ads API requests. Google user data is not sold or provided for advertising. The current standalone connector does not send Google account data or tokens to an AI provider. Any future integration with Hermes or an external AI service that shares Google-derived data will require review of the data flow and an update to this policy before activation. Credentials must remain on the private server.

This website

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact forms or application cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP address, for delivery, security and operation of the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Contacting the operator by email shares the information included in your message with the operator and the email service provider.

Revoking access and deleting data

The operator can revoke the application's access through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents continued authorization but does not delete previously saved exports. Authorization files and exports must be deleted separately from the private server. Google API data commitments

Gas-VS-EV SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This policy will be updated when the application's data practices change. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
